Bonnie Place II

The 6-storey building features 82 One-bedroom apartment style suites. The rent offered in this building is low market rent (80% of market rent in Burlington). With exception of 6 units, which are bigger and are offered for market rent.

On the first floor are 4 suites that are fully wheel chair accessible.
Parking available at an additional cost to the tenant.

Bonnie Place II offers seniors who are on a fixed or limited income. The subsidized rents reflect 80% of the local Burlington rental market. The goal is to assist in making housing more affordable for seniors who may be struggling to make ends meet.

The age requirement for both buildings is 60 years and up and have to be able to live independently.

Overall, low-income seniors buildings play an important role in supporting the housing needs of elderly individuals who may be at risk of homelessness or housing insecurity. By providing safe and affordable housing, as well as additional support services, these buildings help to ensure that seniors can live with dignity and independence in their later years.
